At ProHealth Care, our CSAs/Medical Assistants are essential to delivering an exceptional patient experience. You’ll work closely with providers, nurses, and support staff in a collaborative environment that offers variety, learning opportunities, and the chance to make a real impact on patient care.

• Tuesday: 6:30am–2:30pm
• Wednesday: 6:30am–6:30pm
• Thursday: Off
• Friday: 7:30am–5:30pm

What You Will Do:

Provide clinical and administrative support to our Mukwonago Family Practice team. Responsibilities include rooming patients, performing vitals, assisting with exams and minor procedures, administering immunizations, supporting population health needs, handling in-basket and phone messages, preparing and stocking exam rooms, completing documentation in Epic, and partnering closely with the provider to ensure a smooth, patient-centered workflow each day.

Please note this is not a short term or seasonal position

This unit cares for both medical and surgical patient populations. All Acute Care burn patients requiring dressing changes, surgical interventions, and management are cared for here. Procedural Short Stay (PSS) and Observation patients are the other focus for this department. Typical diagnoses for the Pediatric Hospital Medicine patients are asthma, bronchiolitis, dehydration/viral gastroenteritis, skin & soft tissue infection/cellulitis, unintentional toxic ingestion, and croup. Nurses may also care for medical patients with varying diagnoses who are expected to have a shorter hospital stay. The PSS surgical specialties in this department are: General Surgery, Ortho, ENT, Urology, Plastics/Craniofacial, Ophthalmology, and Dental. Some common diagnoses are tonsillectomy & Adenoidectomy, appendicitis, extremity fractures, laparoscopic cholecystectomy, and umbilical or inguinal hernia.
