What We’re Looking For:

Current, active RN license in Pennsylvania
Previous nursing experience preferred, especially in rehab or long-term care, but passion and commitment matter most
Excellent communication skills and ability to foster positive relationships with staff, residents, families, and physicians
Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and resident needs
Sensitivity to residents’ emotional, social, mental health, and spiritual needs
Strong professional judgment and ability to respond calmly and effectively in emergencies
