Caregiver / Home Care Aide – Comfort Keepers

At Comfort Keepers, we help older adults live safely, independently, and joyfully at home — and we’re looking for compassionate caregivers to join our mission. If you are kind, patient, dependable, and eager to help others, we want to meet you.

Why You’ll Love Working With Us

  • $17–$20/hr based on experience; $0.50/hr increase after 90 days
  • Differential pay for weekends & overnights

What You’ll Do

  • Provide non-medical care: companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping, safety support
  • Assist with ADLs such as bathing, grooming, and safe mobility (training provided)
  • Engage with clients — doing tasks with them, not just for them
  • Bring joy by participating in activities they enjoy: conversation, hobbies, shared tasks, or outings
  • Build trusted, respectful relationships with clients and their families
  • Communicate observations and updates to the office

What We’re Looking For

  • Compassion, patience, reliability, and a heart for serving older adults
  • All experience levels welcome — no experience required
  • Successful completion of a background check & motor vehicle screening required
  • Reliable transportation to and from assignments required
  • Driver’s license preferred
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
