Job Description

We are seeking talented and team-oriented caregiver to join our Balfour – Louisville community. We are committed to a work environment of integrity, respect and a customer focus.

Schedule: Friday/Saturday/Sunday/Monday 6:30am-2:30pm - Full-Time for 4 days or Part-Time for 2 days

Pay: $17-$18/hr

What will I do every day?

Assist residents with simple requests as needed
Supervise or assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, ambulation and other activities
Provide companionship and develop strong resident relations
Respond to emergencies according to policies and procedures
Document care provided to residents consistent
Provide input to assure that resident individual service plans are current
Review 24 hour report and care check lists regularly
Pass meds

Special Requirements/Certifications I may need?

First Aid certification and CPR, if required
Must meet state training requirements and/or certifications
Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA) if required

Schedule: Full Time Friday/Saturday 9:30-6p in Memory Care Sunday 8-4:30 in Assisted Living Pay: $18-$20/hour The Life Enrichment Assistant is responsible for implementing and supporting aspects of the community’s Art of Living Well philosophy and the multi-dimensions of Art of Living Well through interaction with residents, presenting classes and instruction, coordinating events, and assisting with transportation as needed. Assist in promoting a healthy, activity-enriched lifestyle for residents and associates. What will I do every day?
