About the Position:

We are currently hiring a dedicated RN/LPN to provide private duty, one-on-one care for a wonderful 18-year-old male child in the Whitney area. This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a supportive home environment with a kind and appreciative family.

Responsibilities Include:

Assisting with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
Ensuring a safe, nurturing environment for the child
G-tube care & feedings
Providing support with hygiene, feeding, mobility, and comfort
Maintaining clear communication with the care team and family

Schedule:

During school days: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Monday–Friday)
During school breaks & Weekends: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Qualifications:

Current RN or LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania
Pediatric & G-tube experience
CPR certification (preferred)

A Brief Overview Children's Hospital of Philadelphia is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for their West Grove Primary Care office. This position will be Monday-Friday and will require one evening shift per week and a rotating Saturday shift. The shift will be based on the operational need. Pediatric and two years of LPN experience is preferred. The Licensed Practical Nurse performs routine nursing care of the ill, injured or infirm under the direction of a licensed professional (RN) nurse, nurse practitioner and/or a physician. The LPN participates in the planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care in accordance with the scope of the LPN as defined by the State Board of Nursing and health system standards. Also supports operations through administrative duties as required. The nurse must demonstrate competence in caring for patients with moderate to complex health issues and assist the Site Manager with administrative issues which affect the clinical practices within the office as well as comply with the administrative policies and clinical protocols as outlined in policy and procedure manual.
