We are seeking a dedicated LPN to provide private duty, one-on-one care for a wonderful 10-year-old female child in the Uniontown area. This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a supportive environment with a kind and appreciative family.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

What You’ll Do as an LPN:

Attend school with client
Monitor insulin
Assist client with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, bed mobility, transfers, and eating per individualized care plans
Monitor and report changes in client condition to supervisors

What We’re Looking For:

Current RN or LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania
Pediatric experience
CPR certification (preferred)
Reliable, compassionate, & patient-centered
Ability to chart electronically (Statewise) and complete documentation accurately
