Your Role:
Join our team at Outfield Healthcare Partners and deliver the highest level of resident care. We are seeking a friendly and skilled LPN or RN to oversee nursing operations, mentor staff, and ensure care aligns with company policies, state regulations, and best practices.

What You’ll Do:

  • Ensure high-quality care and positive outcomes for residents and families.

  • Serve as a resource for staff regarding clinical standards and services.

  • Provide direct resident care as needed, including medication administration and treatments.

  • Manage nursing personnel during shifts, optimizing schedules and limiting overtime/agency use.

  • Assess staff performance relative to unit goals and standards.

  • Conduct regular staff meetings and update the Director of Nursing (DON).

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an approved LPN or RN program and licensed in Missouri.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred.

  • Current BLS/CPR certification.
