About the Role
Provide acute and chronic care following clinical standards
Conduct assessments, gather patient data, and develop or adjust care plans
Educate patients and families and offer guidance in person or by phone
Document all encounters accurately in the medical record
Collaborate with providers and the care team to support safe, high-quality care
Participate in quality improvement and maintain compliance with all regulations
Support a positive patient experience through strong communication and service
Follow Studer principles, including AIDET and daily huddles
What You Bring
Education & Experience
Graduate of an accredited Advanced Practice Nursing program
Oncology nursing experience required
Licenses & Certifications
Current Kentucky or Multi-State NP License
BLS Certification
DEA license (as required)
Eligible or board-certified by appropriate governing body
Skills
