Brinton Manor is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our dedicated team on the 11pm–7am PRN shift.

Responsibilities

  • Provide supervision and guidance to direct care staff
  • Support the Director of Nursing (DON) and Unit Managers with staffing and daily operations
  • Deliver hands-on nursing care as needed
  • Ensure quality standards and regulatory compliance

Qualifications

  • Active RN license in the state of Pennsylvania (required)
  • 1+ year of experience in a long-term care or rehabilitative setting
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Willingness to assist with med cart coverage when needed

Ensure safety of residents, customers and facility through awareness of and conscientious application of policies and procedures and emergency responses. We are seeking an experienced RN Nursing Supervisor, responsible for the supervision of the healthcare staff on the 11-7 shift. Job Duties: Provides oversight for the provision of care. Serves as a resources to the direct care staff. Coordinates onsite responses to incidents, errors and sentinel events. Provides support to the DON and Unit Managers with staffing, staff education, and other activities as assigned. Provides direct patient care when necessary and/or assigned.
