JOB SUMMARY

The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant is a skilled member of the health team who provides medical and educational services to patients under the supervision of a licensed physician, according to NP/PA Protocol, and within the scope of their License in the State of Wisconsin.  This individual works within a cooperative department, utilizing team effort with health care providers, co-workers, and the public to provide positive patient interaction.

EDUCATION

For positions requiring education beyond a high school diploma or equivalent, educational qualifications must be from an institution whose accreditation is recognized by the Council for Higher Education and Accreditation.

Required Education: Master’s Degree in Nursing or Graduate of a nationally accredited Physician Assistant Program.
