Assignment Details:

Start Date: Within 2 weeks
Contract Type: Travel, Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility
Schedule: 40 hours per week
Shift Options: 6:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. or 2:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m.
Gross Pay Range: $1,600–$1,750 per week
Transportation: Reliable transportation required

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care in a long-term care/skilled nursing facility setting
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor patient health, document changes, and communicate with the healthcare team
Support residents with daily living activities while maintaining dignity and respect
Ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations

Requirements:

Active LPN Compact License
Previous LTC/SNF experience preferred
Current BLS certification (AHA)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
