As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:

Minimum Requirements for this Job:

  • current CPR & First Aid Certification (this can be obtained through Synergy HomeCare)

As a caregiver, you’ll be assisting clients with daily living activities and helping them maintain their independence in the comfort of their own homes. You’ll follow personalized care plans and provide services such as companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transportation, and personal care assistance, including bathing and dressing. Client Support: Provide companionship, meal preparation, housekeeping, transportation, and personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding). Communication and Advocacy: Report any changes in client condition to the Care Manager and advocate for client needs. Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and infection control practices; notify the office if additional supplies are needed. Timekeeping and Documentation: Accurately log hours, tasks, and client status using ClearCare Telephony system. Professionalism: Maintain a professional appearance and conduct, adhering to company policies and dress code.
