We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Educator to lead our Home Health Aide (HHA) Training Program. This role is perfect for an RN who enjoys teaching, mentoring, and shaping the next generation of caregivers in the home care field.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate classroom and hands-on clinical training for Home Health Aide students.

  • Ensure all training is in compliance with DOH and state regulations.

  • Develop and update lesson plans, training materials, and competency evaluations.

  • Provide support, coaching, and guidance to students throughout the program.

  • Maintain accurate student records and progress reports.

  • Promote a positive, professional, and engaging learning environment.

Qualifications:

  • Active RN license in good standing (NY preferred).

  • Minimum of 2 years’ nursing experience, home care experience a plus.

  • Previous teaching or precepting experience preferred, but not required.

  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

  • Commitment to high standards of care and training excellence.
