Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide companionship, social interaction, and emotional support.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment.
- Follow individualized care plans and accurately document care provided.

- Able to work independently and follow care instructions
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Respectful of each client’s privacy, dignity, and lifestyle
- At least 18 years old
- Prior caregiving experience required
- Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray (per state regulations)
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Valid driver’s license and car insurance.

This is a per diem position. Work hours are not guaranteed, as scheduling depends on client availability, needs, and preferences. Shifts will be assigned based on the best match between the caregiver and the client’s schedule.
