Who You Are: You are a compassionate and dependable caregiver with a heart for serving children, teens, and adults with special needs. You’re eligible, patient, and passionate about making a difference –whether it’s helping someone learn a new skill, participate in a community activity, or feel safe and supported at home. The Role: As a Special Needs Caregiver , you’ll provide non-medical in-home care to individuals with developmental disabilities. You’ll follow personalized care plans and partner with families and our team to provide compassionate, consistent, and meaningful support.
