Are you someone who finds joy in helping others? At A Place At Home – North Tucson, we’re building a team of caregivers who lead with heart. Our mission is simple: help seniors live safely, comfortably, and with dignity in the place they call home.

We're looking for caregivers who are available for daytime shifts. If you prefer steady daytime hours and love being the bright part of someone’s day, this is the perfect fit.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver high-quality, hands-on in-home care with professionalism and compassion

  • Provide full support with ADLs including bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, transfers, and mobility

  • Assist with medication reminders, daily routines, and safety supervision

  • Handle light housekeeping, meal prep, and errands to support a safe, dignified home environment

  • Offer steady emotional support, patience, and encouragement to clients and families

  • Communicate clearly and consistently with families and our care team to ensure excellent outcomes

Who You Are

  • You genuinely care about people—and it shows in your actions, patience, and professionalism

  • You’re reliable, responsible, and take pride in delivering high-quality care

  • You have hands-on caregiving experience (CNA, HHA, DSP, or comparable in-home experience strongly preferred)

  • You’re confident supporting ADLs including bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, transfers, and mobility

  • You have experience with dementia/Alzheimer’s care, fall prevention, and safe transfers (gait belt experience a plus)

  • You communicate clearly with clients, families, and the care team—and actually follow through

Why You’ll Love Working With Us

  • Weekly pay

  • Supportive, hands-on leadership that treats you like a professional, not a body in a shift

  • A positive, team-first culture where caregivers are respected, heard, and truly valued

  • Ongoing training and skill development to help you grow and level up

  • Meaningful, purpose-driven work where what you do actually changes lives—daily
