Regardless of the role, we recognize that every member of our team is vital! The Clinic RN accurately and appropriately provides patient-centered care by means of health protection, promotion, optimization and prevention of illness or injury. This role performs both independent and delegated nursing functions including: assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation.

What you will do as a Clinic RN II:

  • Establishes measurable and achievable short- and long-term goals for patients

  • Implements nursing protocols based on the treatment plan, ensuring continuity of care for patient. Provides education to patient and caregiver(s)

  • Evaluation of the patient’s status and efficiency of the nursing care and modified care plan as needed

  • Helps provide healthcare access through nurse visits, management of in-basket task (phone messages, MyChart communication, refill requests, results)

  • Provides safe and timely telephonic triage for symptomatic callers, using system approved triage policies and protocols

What you will need:

  • Current Minnesota RN Licensure and knowledge of specialty area

  • Associate’s (ADN) or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN)

  • Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS)

  • Excellent assessment and care coordination skills

Casual RNs are shared between both of our Maple Grove and Wyoming sites to cover sick time, vacation, FMLA, etc..
