The Indiana Hand to Shoulder Center is a teaching facility that focuses on the treatment of the hand, wrist, elbow and shoulder. Our physicians and staff combine expertise with compassion in helping to restore function for patients who have upper extremity conditions ranging from common problems, sports injuries, debilitating arthritis and rare conditions. The facility is located on the north-side of Indianapolis at Harcourt Road and 86th Street (across from St. Vincent's Hospital). The ambulatory surgery center has three operating rooms and a patient services area for minor procedures. The staff pride themselves on working as a close-knit team and helping patients to get back to their personal and physical well-being.

Qualifications: 

  • Requires an Associates of Nursing (ASN); Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred. 

  • Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license. 

  • Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program. 

  • Requires 1+ Years of OR Experience

  • Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA. 

  • Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
