LPN School Contract

We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time LPN to support a high school student for the remainder of the 2025–2026 school year. This is a 32.5-hour-per-week position with an ASAP start date through June 30, 2026.

Schedule

  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:05 PM

  • Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 2:15 PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct 1:1 medical support to a high school student.

  • Closely monitor fluid intake and scheduled bathroom breaks.

  • Recognize and respond promptly to signs of dehydration or elevated sodium levels.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and communicate health concerns to school staff and caregivers.

  • Deliver general nursing care within the school setting as needed.

Licensure (Required)

  • Massachusetts, active LPN (or LVN) license in the state of employment is required.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Strong clinical background and comfort working independently in a school environment.

  • Experience managing conditions that require strict fluid regulation (e.g., Diabetes Insipidus).

  • Ability to observe and identify changes in student health status and respond appropriately.

  • Professional communication skills, reliability, and good documentation practices.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly Rate: $30–$35 per hour (based on experience)
