ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND JOB FUNCTIONS Nursing Care : Administers nursing care as indicated by the nursing care plan and in compliance with all Regulatory Agencies. Administration of Resident Care : Demonstrates ability to provide appropriate and quality nursing care to residents, including but not limited to: (1) Reviews all resident histories to determine course of illness and all co morbidities for integration into the care plan. (3) Ensuring that problems/concerns regarding activities in the facility/department are communicated appropriately.
