Requirements CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Caregiver training is a plus. Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain. Experience, Competencies, and Skills: At least 12 months of experience in a professional caregiving setting. Experience with memory care is preferred (for Memory Care communities). Strong communication skills and a teamwork mindset. Positive attitude, empathy, patience, and commitment to treating our residents with dignity and respect.
