Assists healthcare professionals to deliver patient care by preparing patients for examination, obtaining vital signs, documenting medical histories, and updating patient records. Collaborates with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to facilitate communication and coordination of care to improve patient outcomes. Processes recommendations from healthcare providers, such as medication orders, referrals, and diagnostic tests, to ensure accuracy and timely execution. Assists with implementing prescribed medical interventions and treatments to ensure strict adherence to protocols and promote patient safety. Administers medications and treatments, follows established protocols and guidelines to ensure accurate documentation and patient safety.
