What You'll Do

  • Deliver high-quality, compassionate care for non-emergency illnesses and injuries in an Express Care setting.

  • Provide timely, patient-centered evaluations and treatments for acute and minor conditions.

  • Maintain accurate records in compliance with policies and standards.

What You'll Bring

  • A current Washington State ARNP or PA License (or eligibility to obtain one before starting).

  • 1+ years of clinical experience required; urgent care or family care experience preferred.

  • Strong clinical decision-making, teamwork, and communication skills.

  • Familiarity with EHR systems; experience with Epic is a plus.

  • The ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
