Prepare patients for transfers and manage critical care needs. Qualifications Required: Current RN License (WA State). Certifications: ACLS, PALS, CPR/BLS, TNCC (within 6 months), NIH Stroke Scale (within 30 days). Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Preferred: BSN or MSN.
