Pool – PA/NP
University of Michigan Health-West is seeking a
full-time float pool, Family Medicine Advanced Practice Provider. High caliber,
quality focused, innovative providers should apply to join our Primary Care
team to expand and provide care to local communities in West Michigan.

Provider will be performing full spectrum outpatient
primary care services for patients, including primary, acute, chronic, and
specialty care to patients of all ages and backgrounds. Advanced Practice
Providers are responsible for evaluating patients, diagnosing, and treating
health conditions with an added emphasis on disease prevention and health
management. The applicant shall be responsible and accountable for supporting
and upholding the principles, mission, and vision of University of Michigan
Health-West. Candidate will need to coordinate and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a positive
experience for all patients, families, and staff.
