University of Michigan Health-West is seeking a full-time, board eligible/board certified, Advanced Practice Provider to join our well established and comprehensive primary care team. Provider will be performing full spectrum of outpatient primary care services for patients, including primary, acute, chronic, and specialty care to patients of all ages and backgrounds. Advanced Practice Providers are responsible for evaluating patients, diagnosing, and treating health conditions with an added emphasis on disease prevention and health management.

Candidate will also need to coordinate and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a positive experience for all patients, families, and staff.
