Qualifications for Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON):

Active RN license
Minimun of 1 year of ADON or similar position experience prefered

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Acts as a liaison between the Director of Nursing and the nursing staff.
Participate in the development and achievemnt of nursing department goals and objectives.
Assist in the implementation of and monitor compliance with policies, procedures, and standards of practice consistent with corporate and external regulatory guidelines.
Provide direct resident care as staffing patterns demand.
Conduct oneself with the highest degree of honesy and integrity in every interaction.
