We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Restoration Aide to join our team on the 2nd shift. The ideal candidate will hold a current Vermont Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification and will assist in providing restorative care to residents, supporting their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement restorative programs as directed by nursing and therapy teams.
  • Assist residents with mobility, range-of-motion exercises, and activities of daily living.
  • Document restorative care activities accurately in compliance with facility and state guidelines.
  • Monitor residents’ progress and report changes to nursing staff promptly.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure individualized care plans are followed.

Qualifications

  • Current Vermont LNA certification (required).
  • Previous experience in restorative care or rehabilitation preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Physical ability to assist residents safely and perform job duties.
