We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Restoration Aide to join our team on the 2nd shift. The ideal candidate will hold a current Vermont Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification and will assist in providing restorative care to residents, supporting their independence and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement restorative programs as directed by nursing and therapy teams.
- Assist residents with mobility, range-of-motion exercises, and activities of daily living.
- Document restorative care activities accurately in compliance with facility and state guidelines.
- Monitor residents’ progress and report changes to nursing staff promptly.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure individualized care plans are followed.
Qualifications
- Current Vermont LNA certification (required).
- Previous experience in restorative care or rehabilitation preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Physical ability to assist residents safely and perform job duties.
