Available Shifts

  • 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
  • 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
  • 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM
    (8-hour and 12-hour shifts available)

Responsibilities (Once Certified)

  • Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility
  • Support residents’ safety and comfort under the direction of the nursing supervisor or charge nurse
  • Help with medication, treatments, and personal care as assigned
  • Respond to call lights and provide assistance as needed

Care Assistant (Pathway to Licensed Nursing Assistant)

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant who will work in this role until enrolling in the next Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) class. This position offers hands-on experience in patient care and serves as a stepping stone toward becoming an LNA. Key Responsibilities Answer call lights promptly and assist residents with their needs. Make beds and ensure rooms are tidy and comfortable. Deliver meal trays and assist with meal setup as needed. Provide one-on-one support for residents when required. Transport residents safely to and from activities, appointments, or other areas within the facility. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Restoration Aide to join our team on the 2nd shift. The ideal candidate will hold a current Vermont Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification and will assist in providing restorative care to residents, supporting their independence and quality of life. Key Responsibilities Implement restorative programs as directed by nursing and therapy teams. Assist residents with mobility, range-of-motion exercises, and activities of daily living. Document restorative care activities accurately in compliance with facility and state guidelines. Monitor residents’ progress and report changes to nursing staff promptly.
