We are seeking a strong, experienced Director of Nursing to lead the clinical operations of a well-established skilled nursing facility in the Cincinnati area. This role requires a confident, hands-on leader who can support staff, maintain regulatory compliance, and drive quality outcomes for the residents we serve.

What You’ll Do:

Oversee all nursing department operations
Ensure state and federal regulatory compliance
Provide mentorship, stability, and structure to the nursing team
Partner with the Administrator on quality improvement initiatives
Lead hiring, onboarding, and development of clinical staff
Support survey readiness and clinical excellence

What We’re Looking For:

Active RN license in Ohio
Prior Director of Nursing experience in long-term care required
Strong leadership, communication, and follow-through
Knowledge of regulatory requirements, audits, and survey processes
