Charge Registered Nurse (RN) Day and Night Shift

Our nursing staff provides in-depth clinical expertise in a dynamic critical care nursing in a positive work environment. The nursing staff collaborates with interdisciplinary team in the delivery of patient care, utilizing the nursing process; provides professional nursing care to patients, including conducting nursing assessments, assisting with exams and treatment, patient education, and maintenance of medical records. Our charge nurses are highly respected and lead the floor. You must also have a positive and empathetic personality with the ability to work effectively with the team in a high-stress environment. It is also vital that you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and always display a professional attitude.

Registered Nurse Responsibilities:

Conducting comprehensive patient assessments
Providing care for patients and management of their conditions, with regard to vital signs and lab work
Collaborating with Physicians and various disciplines within the hospital in order to manage patient care
Assisting the medical staff with in-house procedures
Interacting and communicating with patient family members

Requirements:

Active and unrestricted Georgia Registered Nurse licensure.
BLS and ACLS certification
Minimum 1 year of ICU&/or TCU (stepdown) experience.
