Jefferson Healthcare is looking for a per diem Clinical Nurse Educator to join our Education Team. As a Clinical Nurse Educator, you will play an essential role in supporting new employees during their orientation, ensuring they are well-equipped to thrive in our dynamic healthcare environment. You will also be instrumental in our New Graduate RN program, guiding recent graduates as they transition into their roles with confidence and skill. In addition to these responsibilities, you will have the unique opportunity to lead and facilitate our internal certification classes, including Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS). Your expertise and passion for teaching will empower our nursing staff to enhance their clinical competencies, ultimately promoting excellence in patient care. What you'll need:
- Current Washington State RN license in good standing required
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing or relevant degree required
- Graduate degree in Nursing, Education, or related specialty preferred
- Previous experience as a clinical educator preferred
- Current BLS and ACLS required
- Advanced current certification preferred for specific patient population: PALS, ENPC, TNCC, ANA Med-Surg. NRP, Wound Care, Conscious Sedation
- Minimum five years of acute nursing care experience required
Schedule: Per diem (0-16 hours a week); exempt; onsite

Placement above the midpoint will be reserved for candidates whose qualifications significantly exceed the minimum requirements.
