Position Summary:
We are seeking skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional care to residents while ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration, wound care, and monitoring.

  • Document resident care, condition changes, and progress in compliance with facility and state regulations.

  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.

  • Assist with daily living activities and respond to residents' needs promptly.

  • Ensure a safe and clean environment by adhering to infection control and safety protocols.

  • Provide emotional support and build trusting relationships with residents and their families.

Qualifications:

  • Active LPN license in Missouri.

  • Experience in long-term care or similar setting preferred but not required.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills.

  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
