Your Role as an LPN:

Deliver compassionate, high-quality care to residents in our skilled nursing facility
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and within your scope of practice
Collaborate with physicians, RNs, therapists, and other clinical staff to coordinate resident care
Monitor resident health status and report changes promptly
Promote restorative care and resident independence
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided
Support and mentor CNAs, fostering a positive team environment
Uphold safety and quality standards in all aspects of care

Who We’re Looking For:

Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Colorado or a compact state
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Passion for providing person-centered care with professionalism and compassion
