Responsibilities for Caregivers:

  • Provide compassionate in-home care, including personal care, patient care, medication management, and companionship

  • Foster a nurturing environment to enhance seniors’ well-being and quality of life

  • Support mobility and transportation so seniors can attend appointments and activities

  • Communicate and collaborate with clients, families, and the care team for person-centered care

  • Maintain accurate documentation of care provided

Requirements for Caregivers:

  • Previous experience as a caregiver OR strong passion for senior care

  • Knowledge and expertise in elderly care, patient care, and caregiving

  • Excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills

  • Reliable, responsible, and committed to exceptional care

  • Flexible and adaptable to meet unique client needs

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
