Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Home Health team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care during discharge planning. Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, treatments administered, and any changes in condition. Option to travel to various patient locations or 8 to 12 hour shifts 1:1 with adult or pediatric patient Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio. At least 6 months of clinical nursing experience is preferred. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
