Your Role as a Weekend Day Shift RN

  • Provide direct nursing care including medication administration, assessments, wound care, and thorough documentation

  • Supervise nursing assistants to ensure high-quality patient support

  • Monitor patients’ conditions and promptly communicate any changes to physicians

  • Maintain a safe, compassionate, and respectful environment for every resident

Qualifications

  • Nursing degree from an accredited program

  • Current, active, unencumbered OH RN license or multi-state license

  • Current CPR certification

  • Strong knowledge of nursing practices and long-term care procedures

  • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse healthcare teams and interact compassionately with patients and families
