What You’ll Do:

As a Certified NP, you will be a key clinical provider in skilled nursing facility and outpatient clinic, diagnosing, treating, and guiding patients to better health. No two days are the same!

Your daily responsibilities include:

Provide evidence-bases primary medical care services treating a full range of patients, from pediatric to geriatric.
Performing general in-office procedures.
Managing a patient panel for comprehensive primary care, including both acute and chronic care needs.
Providing patients and families with counseling and education regarding health maintenance, disease prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and the need for follow-up as appropriate during each visit.
Refer patients to medical specialists or other sources of service when necessary.
EMR proficient – AdvancedMD preferred
