Seeking a full time (1.0 FTE) Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant to work with collaborative and compassionate group of Caregivers.

Practice Highlights

  • Designated clinic space in a brand-new multi-specialty clinic
  • Clinic hours will be Monday- Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Walk-in and online scheduled appointments
  • 20-25 patients per day; no patient panel
  • Access to resources including Imaging and Lab
  • Epic EHR

Ideal Candidate

  • Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with at least two years of post-training experience in Family Medicine and/or Urgent Care
  • Ability to work independently while being part of a team
