Responsibilities:

• Personal Care: Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting, ensuring the comfort and dignity of the individual at all times.
• Mobility Assistance: Offer support with mobility, including transferring from bed to chair, wheelchair assistance, and accompanying on walks or outings as needed.
• Meal Preparation: Plan and prepare nutritious meals and snacks according to dietary requirements and preferences, ensuring a balanced and healthy diet.
• Household Support: Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as tidying living spaces, doing laundry, and maintaining a clean and organized environment conducive to the well-being of the individual.
• Companionship: Engage in meaningful interactions and companionship, fostering a supportive and nurturing environment while promoting social engagement and mental stimulation.
• Transportation: Provide transportation to medical appointments, errands, and recreational activities, ensuring safety and timely arrival at destinations.
• Foster a safe and supportive environment for clients, promoting independence and dignity.
• Build meaningful relationships with clients and their families, providing companionship and emotional support.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.

Requirements:

• Compassionate and caring demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
• Previous experience in caregiving or a related field preferred, but not required.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
