Your Role:

Provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents in our skilled nursing facility
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and within your scope of practice
Collaborate with a team to ensure coordinated care and optimal outcomes for residents
Monitor patient conditions, including vital signs, and report changes to the Director of Nursing
Promote restorative care to encourage residents’ independence and well-being
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all nursing care provided
