Job Duties

Certified Nursing Assistant provides direct care and assistance to residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, feeding etc in a long-term care/skilled facility.


Certified Nursing Assistants job duties include but not limited to:

Assist residents with daily personal hygiene, grooming, bathing, toileting, dressing, and feeding.


Take and record vital signs such as temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration.


Monitor and report changes in a resident’s condition to the nurse.


Assist with mobility, repositioning, and transferring residents using ap-propriate techniques.


Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.


Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment.


Follow care plans and document care activities accurately and timely.


AMAZING SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL PAY

2nd Shift (3pm—11pm): $3.00

3rd Shift (11pm—7am): $2.00


Minimum Qualifications

Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding. etc.)

Measure and record vital signs

Observe and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff

Assist with patient mobility, transfers, and ambulation using proper body mechanics and safety techniques

Support nurses and other healthcare staff with procedures as needed

Operate basic medical equipment safely and correctly

Communicate effectively and compassionately with residents, families and staff

Additional Considerations

Experience in long-term care or hospital setting.
