What You’ll Do

As an In-Home Caregiver, you’ll help clients maintain dignity, safety, and independence at home. Responsibilities may include:

• Providing companionship and meaningful conversation

• Assisting with personal care such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility

• Performing light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation

• Offering medication reminders and ensuring a safe home environment

• Providing transportation to appointments, errands, or community activities

• Supporting family caregivers through respite services

• Delivering specialized care for clients with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or post-hospital needs

Job Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle with insurance

• Authorized to work in the United States

• Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)

• AHCA Level II Background Screening (required by Florida law)

• Physical exam completed within the last 6 months

• Negative TB test or chest X-ray (per Florida home care requirements)
