POSITION OVERVIEW

Faithful Home Care Solutions is currently seeking an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience to join our dedicated caregiving team. The ideal candidate must be compassionate, detail-oriented, and committed to providing high-quality care to our clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide direct patient care, including bathing, grooming, and assistance with activities of daily living.
Assist in meal preparation.
Collaborate with the Caregiver Supervisor to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.
Help the client maintain orderliness and cleanliness in the house.
Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and the agency.
Provides companionship to the client.
Perform all other tasks as needed by the client.

QUALIFICATIONS

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
Valid CPR and First Aid certification
A valid driver’s license, reliable personal transportation, and current auto insurance are required
TB test required
Background Checks shall be performed
Ability to work independently and as part of a caregiving team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A Hoyer lift experience is required
Skilled and experienced in incontinence care
