What You’ll Do

  • Conduct full health assessments, exams, and medication reviews.
  • Create personalized care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
  • Manage chronic and acute conditions with confidence and compassion.
  • Order and interpret labs and diagnostic tests.
  • Prescribe medications responsibly within your NP scope.
  • Educate residents and families on staying healthy and independent.

What You’ll Bring

  • Master’s degree from an accredited NP program.
  • Active New York State NP license and DEA registration.
  • Eligible for Medicare/Medicaid billing.
  • 3+ years of clinical experience (geriatric or long-term care experience is a big plus).
  • A great bedside manner, a big heart, and a good sense of humor.
