What You'll Do:

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting.
  • Monitor, assess, and document residents’ health status and progress.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
  • Respond promptly to resident needs and emergency situations.
  • Ensure compliance with all facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

  • Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri.
  • Previous experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing preferred.
  • Strong clinical skills and a compassionate approach to resident care.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Flexibility to work 12-hour night shifts.
