 What You’ll Do as a CNA:

• Assist residents with daily living activities including meals, mobility, and hydration

• Provide compassionate personal care and hygiene assistance

• Observe residents and report changes to the nursing team

• Document food and fluid intake accurately

• Assist with feeding and nutritional supplements

• Maintain clean, comfortable resident living spaces

• Transport residents safely throughout the facility

• Support nurses and fellow team members as needed

• Follow all facility policies and professional standards

• Maintain confidentiality of resident and facility information

• Comply with all federal, state, and local regulations

What We’re Looking For:

• A Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with a genuine passion for senior care

• A strong team player who values collaboration

• A professional who communicates respectfully and stays calm under pressure

• Valid Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Certification

• Ability to pass pre-employment screening and PA Criminal Background Check in accordance with the PA Older Adult Protection Act
