In this role you will: Perform first OR assist duties Take patient histories, conduct physical examinations and record data in patient's medical record in ambulatory practice. Clinical responsibilities require thorough attention to detail. Evaluate and treat patients to achieve optimal patient care. Write progress notes; prepare patient work-ups and summaries noting pertinent positive and negative findings. Overview Responsibilities Our pediatricians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants are experienced in caring for children from infancy through age 4 who may be at risk of developing special health care needs.
