Job Title: Compassionate Caregiver – Make a Difference Every Day!

Location: Valleywide

Do you enjoy helping others and want to make a real impact in someone’s life? We’re looking for caring and dedicated individuals to join our team as caregivers, providing essential support to those who need it most.

As a caregiver, you’ll help clients with everyday tasks and assist them in staying independent in the comfort of their own homes. This includes offering companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping, transportation, and personal care like bathing and dressing.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Ideally, you’ll have around 1,000 hours of experience working with older adults or those with chronic illnesses. But if you're a CNA, HHA, or have experience in companionship/housekeeping, we’d still love to hear from you!

  • Certifications: CNA or HHA certifications are great but not a dealbreaker.

  • Health & Safety: You’ll need a current TB test, be able to help with client transfers, and follow infection control guidelines.

  • Transportation: A reliable car, a valid driver’s license, and car insurance are a must.

  • Background Check: You’ll need to pass both national and state background checks.

  • Communication: Good communication is key when working with clients, their families, and the team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Personalized Care: You’ll follow care plans to ensure each client gets the support they need.

  • Everyday Support: You’ll provide companionship, assist with meals, light housekeeping, transportation, and help with personal care like bathing, dressing, and feeding.

  • Advocacy: You’ll keep the Care Manager updated on any changes in the client’s health and advocate for their needs.

  • Safety: Follow safety protocols and infection control standards, and let us know if you need any supplies.

  • Timekeeping & Documentation: Log your hours and client updates using the ClearCare Telephony system.

  • Professionalism: Be respectful and professional, but also bring your authentic self.

What You’ll Need:

  • Ability to assist with client transfers safely using proper techniques and equipment.

  • Reliable transportation to get to your clients’ homes.
