Overnight Caregiver

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Overnight Caregiver to join our team at Seniors Helping Seniors KC North. As an Overnight Caregiver, you will provide round-the-clock companionship and support to seniors in their homes, enabling them to remain active and independent. Responsibilities:

• Provide overnight companionship and support to seniors in their homes, including assistance with daily living activities, medication reminders, and light housekeeping
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with seniors, families, and healthcare providers
• Monitor seniors' overall well-being and report any changes or concerns to the care coordinator
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to Seniors Helping Seniors' policies and procedures
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in response to changing senior needs and unexpected situations

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years of experience working with seniors or in a caregiving role
• Shift work availability, including overnight shifts
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• $16-$18 HOURLY
